Andreas Mueller started at OSIsoft in 2000 as a Software Support Engineer. Mueller has worked in the areas of Field Service, Training and Support and became a Technical Support Escalation Engineer in 2010. Since April 2013 Mueller has been the Technical Support Group Lead in EMEA.
Klaus Pohl is currently Director of Customer Services & Support (CSS), Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Pohl has been with OSIsoft since 1994 where he started as Interface Developer, then going on to lead the growing Technical Support Team in EMEA for more than ten years.
