RtPM Integrated with Operational and Crisis Management Systems
This presentation will introduce a novel operational and crisis management system (Geospatial Management) that interfaces with RtPM using alarms to generate automatic action lists and GIS layers. RtPM data, including wind, temperature, and humidity is used to generate HAZMAT plume algorithms shown on a 3D display. The system provides for immediate cross-plant operational response. It is operational in a large petrochemical plant producing chemicals such as chlorine and bromides and is being currently installed in two refineries. GEM integrates with sensors and HR data (SAP) access control to give the plant a complete operational suite (4DM-Tech.com).

Yossi Weiss is working as the chief process engineer in the Potash Production Division . He has worked during his years with the Dead Sea works in the different production plants as a process engineer and operation production manager. Among his duties he is responsible for the PI system in the plant and involved in all the different projects that are using this system. The Dead Sea Works has been using the PI system for 15 years and its use has extended to more and more areas during the years .
Relik Shafir is founder and CEO of 4DM Technologies. He is an experienced pilot and manager incorporating his expertise in avionics and operational leadership to create a real-time management system. His academic background includes Mathematics and Philosophy and an MBA from the Naval Post Graduate school in Monterey, CA.
