Don has 25 years' experience in developing and providing information and automation systems for the cement industry.
Previously, he was Executive Vice President and the systems design architect for the F.L. Schmidt Automation Products Division, the world's leading supplier for turnkey cement plant design and construction.
He was also involved in the development of the world's first commercially PC based expert system for industrial process control and optimization. In the late 70's, Don was with Texas Instruments and helped usher in the digital control era by introducing one of the first distributed digital control systems.
He is a graduate of Brown Mackie University.
