Bodo Bachmann, a trained physicist, worked in the semi-conductor industry and then joined OSIsoft in 1991. He started as an interface developer, especially to work on European systems. He has been responsible for the development and product support group in Europe for several years and now leads the SQL Data Access Team.
Kelsey Duffy is a Sr Product Support Engineer specializing in the Developer Technologies and Visualization products. He has been a product specialist in these areas for the last three years, and a member of tech support in general for four and a half years. He has put together product trainings such as the PI SQL Online Course on PI Square. Prior to joining OSIsoft, he earned a chemical engineering degree from Georgia Tech, then worked in a specialty chemicals manufacturing plant as a production engineer, using ProcessBook, DataLink, and BatchView on a daily basis.
