Join us as we explore the numerous facets of interoperability between the PI System and enterprise line-of-business (LoB) applications in SAP, IBM Maximo and others. Learn about your options for making the PI System an integral part of your business processes in energy management, enterprise asset management, condition-based maintenance, data mining and business analytics, regulatory and emissions compliance reporting, production planning, energy trading and others. We will provide several examples to demonstrate how you can maximize your investment in ERP systems by implementing bi-directional communication with the PI System. This includes workflow generation in SAP, Maximo, Infor, Mainsaver and others, triggered by events in the PI System referencing an asset defined in ERP. We will also detail an OSIsoft product initiative to push PI System data into SAP's latest in-memory technology, HANA. You will discover how an existing SAP BusinessObjects toolset can leverage HANA for fast, efficient data mining of operational data in your PI System. Learn to unlock your PI System data to drive high-value corporate initiatives on asset performance and energy efficiency.
