Connected Services Enhances Your Industrial Aftermarket Services

See How it Works

Connected Services provides a simple, secure technical and commercial framework for service providers to access real-time sensor-based data from customer assets. It enables service providers to:

  • gain continuous, secure access to customer operational data
  • gain visibility into remote operating conditions
  • continually enhance intellectual property (IP) and expertise
  • increase collaboration with customers
  • reduce fiscal uncertainty when ramping up new service offerings
  • increase efficiency of field service

Since Connected Services is a subscription-based “pay-as-you-grow” model, service providers pay over time from operating budgets instead of all at once from capital budgets.

An Introduction to Connected Services:

Connected Services collects remote customer data to remote monitoring and diagnostic centers using OSIsoft’s PI System®, a real-time data infrastructure that collects sensor based data from many different sources. It stores the data in a secure, central location where experts can visualize, analyze and share the information.
