  • Overview of our Hiring Process

  • Application

    The recruiting process starts with your application through the OSIsoft careers page. Once you have applied for a job, your resume will be viewed for consideration by our recruitment team.

  • Phone Interview

    Once you are determined to be a fit for the role, you will be invited to phone interview with one of our engineers, who currently works in, or has previously worked in, the role you applied to. The phone interview will be an opportunity for us to learn more about your skills and experience and for you to learn more about the position and OSIsoft.

  • On-site Interview

    The final stage of the recruitment process involves coming into one of our offices to meet with a few members of the OSIsoft team, typically those who work in the team you applied to. Your interview will consist of a combination of behavioral-based and technical questions. During the on-site interview, you will have the opportunity to learn more about the position, team, and company as well as ask any questions have.

  • Phone Interview
