Hotel Rates
OSIsoft has a group rate of $199.00 at The Palace Hotel, established for the nights of Tuesday, November 29 - Thursday, December 1, 2011. Pre and post dates are available at the rate of $219.00.
The group rate is available until November 7, 2011 and is subject to availability.

Payment
Payment must be received by the date of the registration offer deadline. You can pay by credit card or mail your payment before the deadline date.
If you prefer to pay for all event-associated fees by wire transfer, please send an email to vCampusLive@OSIsoft.com with the following information:
- Your Attendee Type (Attendee, Partner, etc.)
- Your contact information (Name, Company, Address, Phone and Email)
Once the above information is received, the OSIsoft vCampus Live! Team will initiate the wire transfer by sending you an email with the transfer instructions. When the transfer is confirmed by the OSIsoft bank, an email confirmation will be sent. A credit card is required for a hotel reservation. Your card will not be processed at the time of registration for the hotel reservation.
Cancellations and Substitutions
Only cancellations emailed or submitted in writing by November 1st will not be charged a fee. Confirmed registrants who cancel within one month or do not attend will be charged the full amount. You are welcome to send a substitute attendee at no charge if you forward us written notification no later than two weeks prior to the event.
