PI Analytics provide real-time analytics to a PI System infrastructure and enables users to analyze and aggregate real-time and historical data and events into user-defined actionable information or key performance indicators (KPIs).  These analytics may be shared with other users and deployed across a site or an enterprise.

The real-time data infrastructure of a PI System provides users with real-time data and events at very high fidelity.  The challenge is to analyze data into actionable information.
