Customer Result/Benefit
Between December 2006 and Summer 2007, the site grew from 50 to 150 users. They plan to grow to 300 users by December 2008 and eventually to 1000 users. They've benefitted from the new abilities to provide: local plant reports, process views, productivity metrics, quality metrics, equipment effectiveness and other proactive applications. They have seen a reduced time cycle, less effort, more defined metrics, and improved ROC.
