  • Managed PI: Our Network Operations Center (NOC) remotely and continuously monitors your PI System’s operation and status, diagnosing and resolving potential problems — in many cases, before you notice them.  In addition, a set of automated agents helps keep your PI System infrastructure up to date by identifying upgrades and giving you the control to automate the rollouts at your preferred time.

Cargill is an international provider of food, agricultural and risk management products and services.  As an Enterprise Support customer of OSIsoft, Cargill benefits from a comprehensive software and services package that establishes PI as a common infrastructure at Cargill. Michael Jones, an IT consultant who is Cargill's lead strategist in implementation of real-time data historians, estimates conservatively that tens of thousands of dollars per month are saved in operations running a PI System.
