IT Monitor in Action

This session will illustrate the decision-making process to acquire and implement IT Monitor at our Chemical Manufacturing facility. We will present examples of ProcessBook displays used to monitor our servers and switches, along with examples of the ICU setup. Finally, we will list some stumbling blocks we encountered and some lessons learned.
