Patrick Kennedy will be co-hosting a panel discussion during CERAWeek 2011, IHS CERA’s 30th Executive Conference titled “Leading the Way: Energy Strategies for a World of Change” being held March 7 – 11 in Houston, Texas at the Hilton Americas.

Dr. Kennedy will be co-hosting a panel discussion, “Managing the Grid of the Future,” on Thursday, March 10, 2011 with Tracy Bridge, division senior vice president, support operations, CenterPoint Energy, Inc., and Elizabeth Killinger, senior vice president, NRG Energy. This panel, chaired by Lawrence Makovich, vice president and senior advisor, IHS CERA, will explore the challenges to grid modernization, how to move to a smarter grid, and the changing requirements on the power grid in the future.
