Steve is responsible for the direction and coordination of all OSIsoft sales in the Public Sector, including planning, pricing, market competitiveness, direct sales, distribution and channel strategy. He has held various positions with OSIsoft in Enterprise Sales, Field Sales and Marketing during the past nine years. Prior to joining OSIsoft in 2003, Steve was an OSIsoft customer at Millennium Chemicals where he was Global Director of Manufacturing Technology and at Westvaco Corporation (now MeadWestvaco) as Corporate Manager of Manufacturing Systems. Steve began his career with Exxon working in both its chemicals and refining operations.

Steve earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland in 1987 and a Master of Science in Business & Technical Management from the Johns Hopkins University in 1995. He is a charter member of the CiDX Cybersecurity Guidance Team, as well as serving on the U.S. Department of Commerce ITAC-6. Steve is on the Advisory Board for the UMBC College of Biochemical & Bioengineering.
