Jason Scully
Vice President, Legal and General Counsel
Jason Scully leads OSIsoft’s legal team. With over 10 years of legal experience, he oversees all corporate, licensing, intellectual property and compliance initiatives. Jason joined the company in 2002 as the company’s first in-house attorney. He has played a crucial role in globalizing OSIsoft’s business, establishing scalable business processes, and building the legal department to support the company’s continued growth. Prior to joining OSIsoft, Jason served as OSIsoft’s outside counsel at Perkins Coie and Fenwick and West. He was also the co-founder of a contract management software company, which was acquired in 2000.
Jason received a Psychology degree from the University of California, Berkeley in 1993 where he graduated with honors and Phi Beta Kappa. In 1996 he received his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law where he graduated Cum Laude.
