PI Client Updates
For many users, the PI System is a mission-critical part of daily operations. This session will provide an update on recent updates including PI DataLink 2010, PI WebParts and PI ProcessBook. We will also discuss best practices and provide guidance for using these various tools to ensure your PI System is always available.
Lyn Quek is a Customer Support Engineer for OSIsoft since October 2009. She is based in the Singapore office and her primary roles include technical support and field services. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
Hideto Matsuu is an customer support engineer in Singapore. He received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Japan. He has worked as OSIsoft customer support engineer for 2 years.
