Process data that is not instrumented can easily be entered manually into the PI System for storage and combind with automatically collected data for analysis. The data can be entered through a keyboard (PI Manual Logger) or collected on a portable device, then time stamped and automatically uploaded into the PI System. Typical examples of manual data include lab data, operator inputs and cost information.
