RtPM in Action at ERGmed

ERGmed, part of ERG group, manages two coastal aggregated refineries located in Sicily. This presentation will discuss how ERGmed has been using the OSIsoft RtPM Platform to provide an agile information platform to plugin valued-added solutions according to company requirements. This includes making external company-related fiscal and commercial transaction data visible to RtBaseline through SOA-based services, performance analysis and operations tracking through RtAnalytics, using Sigmafine advanced features to support management of the Refinery Test Run Library, Analysis Framework plug-ins to track finished product tank operations for online decision support and efficiency analysis, and a PI AF based KPI framework to define indicators, structure, aggregation rules for visualizing, monitoring, and drill-down analysis of refinery operations.
