Taking RtPM from the Plant to the Enterprise

What does it mean to be an agile organization? This talk will outline the organization’s role in taking Real-time Performance Management (RtPM) from the plant, across multiple organizational assets, and eventually across the enterprise. In this pursuit, the importance of collaboration, and the way that people communicate and comprehend information, cannot be underestimated. To fully enable RtPM, companies must understand and embrace roles, and provide a technology framework that simply and comprehensively supports this organizational imperative
