Manufacturing Execution IT Framework for Real Time Supply Chain Excellence in CMPC

The framework models the integration infrastructure for a complete business solution, covering the supply chain from order entry to the plant floor execution. A smooth integration schema was defined from the shop floor equipment and material tracking (PI System) to the order tracking and scheduling (MES Honeywell Optivision) and then to the order entry and inventory system (SAP).
