Implementing Enterprise Business Integration and Lessons Learned

This session discusses the roadmap, challenges, and lessons learned in implementing successful enterprise business integration in order to achieve a sustainable region in the Greater Vancouver Regional District (GVRD). Critical to sustainable business, we examine how the GVRD is better enabling and integrating the business across the enterprise, allowing improved decision making to drive lower costs, to improve quality of product and service, and to increase efficiency.
