IT Monitor for Corporate IT Markets
IT Monitor, a key component of Enterprise Performance Management Technology infrastructures are evolving from dual purpose data and voice networks to a single, integrated IP-based infrastructure. This new infrastructure can create significant advantages in performance, management and reliability. It can also pose greater challenges. This session will explore how Enterprise Performance Management will enable capacity planning for future network infrastructures without making current technology obsolete. Attendees will gain an insight into the application of performance metrics to multi-service networks allowing an organization to extend the capabilities and flexibility of data processing to the voice and video environment, improve collaborative processes and enhance customer service capabilities.

Martin Otterson
Martin Otterson joins WiredCity, USA as CEO after working at Cisco Systems for close to two years as a Technical Marketing Engineer and most recently Unified Communications Business Development Manager. As the IP Telephony Strategic Partner Sales Manager for Active Voice, Martin was instrumental in the Cisco Systems acquisition of Active Voice’s Unity product. He began his career at Active Voice in 1995 and has held other key positions such as Unified Communications Training Specialist and Systems Engineer. Martin holds a degree in Political Science and minors in History and Communication from Western Washington University.
