Bringing COMTRADE Data into the PI System
COMTRADE is an industry standard file format for representing time series data that is used by many Intelligent Electronic Devices (IEDs) to capture oscillographic information in power systems. This presentation will discuss applications of COMTRADE and will demonstrate how COMTRADE files can be brought into PI based systems using off-the-shelf products.
