What is the cost to attend the OSIsoft User Conference?
Conference Fees for General Attendees:
- Conference Registration: $1,895
- Onsite Registration: $2,195
- Learning Lab Training: $395
- Spouse/Guest Fee: $150
What is included in the Conference Rate?
Your registration payment will cover conference materials, conference sessions, event giveaways, program meals, and our special events. This cost does not include hotel room or incidentals.
How do I book the hotel discounted rate?
Visit the
registration page to register for the conference and you can reserve your hotel while you are registering for the conference.
When will the agenda be posted?
There is an
agenda posted to help you schedule your time and travel. There will be weekly updates as the content is approved and scheduled. Please check back frequently.
Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you after you register and payment has been received. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation with hotel and transportation information two weeks prior to the event.

How do members of the media/press register for the conference?

Cancellations received by September 22, 2008 must be received in writing via email to:
UC2008@osisoft.com and will not be charged a fee. Confirmed registrants who cancel within one month or do not attend will be charged the full amount. You are welcome to send a substitute attendee at no charge if you forward us written notification no later than two weeks prior to the conference.
What if I need to cancel my hotel reservation?
The room deposit is refundable if notice is received at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.
Do I need to give a credit card to reserve my hotel room?
A credit card will be needed to confirm your reservation on the website. All major credit cards are accepted.
What is the weather like in October in Amsterdam?
The average high is 58F (14C) and the average low is 44F (7C). Please be prepared for anything, including rain or snow.
Do I need to wear my badge?
Please wear your conference badge to all group functions and meetings so that you can be readily identified as an attendee of the OSIsoft User Conference.
Is there handicapped accessibility at the hotel?
Special rooms are available upon request. Please note any requests on your registration.
Can I bring a guest? What functions are guests allowed to attend?
Spouses or Guests may attend all dinners and special events for a $150.00 guest fee. Guests will also receive two complimentary tour tickets and a special guest breakfast.
Are there sponsorship opportunities available?
Will there be on-site registration?
Yes, but we expect a sold-out event, therefore we recommend registering early.
What time is check-in and check-out at the hotel?
Check In Time: 15:00h. Check Out Time: Monday-Friday 11:00 am, Weekends 12:00.
